This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products purchased through the Muski Organics Platform may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

By placing an order through Muski Organics, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.


2. SCOPE

This Policy applies to products purchased directly through the official Muski Organics website.

Future marketplace sellers operating through the Muski Organics Platform may have separate return policies, which will be clearly identified on their respective product pages where applicable.


3. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions generally apply:

  • The return request must be submitted within the return period specified on the product page or by applicable law.
  • The product must be unused or only used to the extent necessary to identify a manufacturing issue, where applicable.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with any accessories, manuals, labels, or complimentary items originally provided.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or invoice, must be provided.
  • The product must not fall under a non-returnable category described in this Policy.

Meeting these conditions does not automatically guarantee approval of the return. Each request will be reviewed based on the circumstances and applicable law.


4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene, safety, quality control, or legal reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once delivered, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Examples may include:

  • Opened or used consumable products.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper storage, or mishandling.

Nothing in this section limits any rights available to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws.


5. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, materially defective, or different from what was ordered, please contact Muski Organics as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

To help us assess your request, we may ask you to provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs or videos showing the product and packaging.
  • Any other information reasonably required to investigate the claim.

Where the issue is verified, Muski Organics may, at its discretion and in accordance with applicable law, offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or another appropriate resolution.


6. RETURN PROCESS

To request a return:

  3. Await return authorization and instructions.
  4. Securely package the product to prevent damage during return transit.

7. INSPECTION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS

All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt by Muski Organics.

The purpose of the inspection is to determine whether the returned product satisfies the eligibility requirements outlined in this Policy.

8. REFUND PROCESS

Where a refund is approved, Muski Organics will initiate the refund using the original payment method, unless another method is required by applicable law or mutually agreed upon.

Approved refunds generally include:

  • The purchase price of the eligible product.

Shipping charges, handling fees, or other non-refundable charges may not be refunded unless required by applicable law or where the return results from an error attributable to Muski Organics.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.


9. EXCHANGE POLICY

Where appropriate and subject to product availability, Muski Organics may offer a replacement or exchange instead of a refund.

An exchange may be considered where:

10. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting Muski Organics through our official customer support channels.

Once an order has been processed for shipment or handed over to the shipping carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Where cancellation is approved before dispatch, any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with this Policy.

Muski Organics also reserves the right to cancel orders in circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Pricing errors.
  • Product unavailability.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Payment authorization failure.

For products such as soil conditioners, gardening products, fertilizers, organic inputs, or similar items:

  • Products that have been opened, used, mixed, altered, or contaminated after delivery may not be eligible for return unless required by applicable law.

  • Natural variations in colour, texture, aroma, moisture content, or appearance that do not affect intended use shall not, by themselves, constitute a manufacturing defect.

Customers are responsible for:

Future third-party sellers operating within the Muski Organics Marketplace may maintain their own return and refund policies, which will be displayed on their respective product listings where applicable.

In the event of any inconsistency between this Policy and mandatory consumer protection laws, the applicable law shall prevail.
